His vehicle was later found abandoned near the Wheaton Way and Sheridan Road intersection in Bremerton, Washington but his whereabouts remain unknown. He may have traveled to California. Joseph has a tattoo of a red Star Wars emblem on his right forearm. His nickname is Joe.
